What does it mean to be alive? What's the point of it all? When you hit rock bottom, is there a reason to climb back up? We all seek meaning in life, but at a time when fewer of us are comfortable with the belief systems we inherit, where can we go to find truth? In Ireland we have suffered much in the vacuum that has been created by the demise of established belief systems. The lack of meaning has led to greater discontentment and dissatisfaction with life. Fresh Thinking is an attempt to get to grips with some of the important questions in life, in an Irish context.
